Each day on the retreat will vary based on interests, abilities and needs of our clients. The schedule below represents a sample of the type of activities that will be available:

Rise and Shine
Optional Sunrise Yoga
Breakfast
Daily Intention/Overview of the Day
Late Morning
Whole Group and Small Group Workouts:
Beach bootcamp, Barre, Pool Power, HIIT, Circuit Training
Snack
Lunch time
Recharge with chef prepared dishes
Afternoon
Relaxation time by pool or on the beach
Recreational activities such as SUP, kayaking or biking
Late afternoon
Yoga, Pilates or Deep Stretch
Evening
Chef Prepared Dinner
Reflection Time
