Florida Beach Retreat


Trying something new has never been more fun! You will enjoy becoming stronger, faster, more agile and more confident. Rise Strong Retreats is excited to offer a variety of fitness classes led by certified instructors. Our classes will be taught for all fitness levels and individual modifications will always be top of mind and seamlessly implemented.

Savor breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks prepared by a chef! Our menus will be a collaboration between the chef and a registered nutritionist. The nutritionist will be on hand to explain portion sizing, balanced diet, fueling your body for performance and any of of your other personal goals identified in your one-to-one coaching.

With miles of beach and views of turquoise waters, the Emerald Cost is the perfect location to recharge and invigorate your wellness. Sea Grove is the perfect location to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life, just 30 minutes west of Panama City, FL. The retreat location on Seagrove Beach can be easily accessed from the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECM) or Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS).

The large home provides luxury accommodations with a private pool and resort amenities. Just a few steps from the white sand beach, you will be able to enjoy the emerald green waters whether you’re working out or catching some rays. The roof top observation deck affords views of the gulf and a breath-taking sunset as we close out each day. 

Whether you prefer a shared room or your own accommodation, both options will be available. When booking you may choose your preference of a private King room, shared double room, or group bunk room. 

Each day on the retreat will vary based on interests, abilities and needs of our clients. The schedule below represents a sample of the type of activities that will be available:

Inclusive packages as low as $365/night:

  • Accommodations for 5 Days and 4 Nights

  • Daily fitness classes

  • At least one session massage and guided meditation

  • Three nutritious meals and snacks

  • Recreational activities such as stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, biking, etc.

  • Dedicated time for goal setting and wellness planning with health coach
