Colorado Mountain Retreat
Escape to the charming village of Breckenridge in mountains of Colorado. This retreat is the perfect opportunity for you to take a break from busy life and recharge yourself. From rafting to rowing and hiking to climbing, through yoga and reflection this getaway will be a catalyst to overcome challenges while strengthening your mind and body.
Fitness
Build strength and endurance in the outdoors. Each day of the retreat will be focused around an excursion that challenges us physically and mentally such as rock climbing, rafting or hiking*. At the lodge we will fine tune our muscles and recover with stretching and yoga. All activities and excursions will be tailored to your individual fitness level and experience.

Nutrition
Savor breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks prepared by a chef! Our menus will be a collaboration between the chef and a registered nutritionist. Meals will be planned to facilitate balanced diet and fueling your body for performance while savoring local, fresh ingredients and dishes.
